      @@QuadBossElite awesome. Ok. Got another question. Do those auxbeams have both high and low beam options? Or is it just one beam. I was going to get Auxito hi/lo but I'm quite impressed with yours. BTW I found your one video yesterday for these lights and I ended up watching a few of your freestyle videos. I just bought an 05 last month and I have been having a blast working on it. Your videos are amazing and came in clutch. When it cools down some I want to do a coolant change. I'm a little nervous about it because I never did one, but I've been studying my ass off @ UA-cam university so I'm semi confident I can do it. I'm hoping you make a video on that. Hey bro nice viedo. I have a question. How many man hours would you say it took you to replace this ps pump and what was your parts cost. The reason I ask iscI have a handicap brother in Houston that a mechanic is wanting $1500 to do this exact same job. His ps pump locked up, so I assume a new pump and accessories. This price just seems extremely high. Thank you

    I have this same lock, it is only good for the casual thief who pulls on your handle and walks away. After installing mine and before putting the bezel on I realized that it takes five seconds to pop the bezel off and another few seconds to either bend the locking plate with Channel locks or remove the rods with your fingers and unlock the tailgate. This is a major problem with the way the tailgates are manufactured. At the very least I would also add a hose clamp with a security screw to the left tailgate hinge, that will at least prevent the tailgate from being stolen even if the crook gets what's in the bed - if anything is there. Of course you won't be able to remove your tailgate but some of the new ones cost upwards of $2,000. There is a video on UA-cam where a high school kid in the hood was busted for stealing a tailgate but they let him off easy - (I'm sure you can guess why). A few months later they caught him again and when they went to his house his backyard had a huge collection of tailgates that he was selling on Facebook. Funny how his parent didn't think of asking him why the backyard was filled with tailgates.

    Is there a special coolant burping procedure for these?

    • @QuadBossElite
      @QuadBossElite Місяць тому

      No, I filled up to the coolant in the reservoir to the full mark and let it sit for a couple minutes. Then I started the car with the reservoir cap off to let the air bubbles escape. Let it run for about five minutes. Then fill to the full line if the level dropped. Then you are good to go!!

    Thank you for posting this because i was losing sanity trying to figure out why the new regulators sit out too far to get the clip on. 2:14 The clip will go on without the flanged spacer, but this doesnt seal and huge leak. It would seal with the flanged spacer pushing o ring into raill, but any pressure will blow it off because the clip wont latch. The aftermarket regulators all claim to be compatible but not on this 01 2500 6.0 suburban im working on. Ordering a fuel pump for the dual tanks on this was also ridiculous. a suburban that requires buying parts by vin lol

    Considering the new trucks ACS break in less than 5 years because they used a China condenser.... Thses lasted a long time... I would take all their little cheap easy problems over a modern car or truck with a huge monthly payment. Expensive insurance, repairs and exise tax... Plus it diffreciates, immediately. It's just not worth it. I don't think it is.... I had a 2016 Silverado and it was the biggest piece of s*** that was the only time I've ever been breasted stranded on the side of the road with a Chevy truck. All my old Chevys never left me stranded... Mind you would only had 72,000 mi on it too and the transmission went and the AC stopped working. It needed both upper control arms because there's no grease fittings anywhere so you have to just replace them when they wear out... In 75,000 mi. That's pretty disgusting dude. I've had old Chevys with 250,000, mi on the original ball joint

    Today we're going to take a minute and 30 second video and make it 6 minutes long I really don't know what I'm doing once I get the trim off I just saw somebody remove it with the heat gun one time when I was a kid So now I don't know what to do. Do they make a rubber wheels that buff it right off I don't know there's WD-40 take it off I don't know did they make something called Goo gone or goof off I don't know is there a nice degreaser that might take this off I don't know I'm a moron. Best part of the videos when he says something like today we're taking molding off a truck in this video and in this video we're taking molding off a truck.

    You don't have to waste time showing WHY you're taking the trim off, we click on your video to know HOW to remove it. We don't care why you are removing it!

      Of course!! This is my first time owning a Ford and so far I love it. Very dependable car just keep up the maintenance and you'll get a long life out of it.
